What we collect

  • From Discord when you log in: your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar and email (if shared).
  • Subscription details: plan, status, billing dates and your license keys.
  • Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive the card brand, last four digits and expiry to show them in your dashboard.
  • License checks from the desktop app: the license key, the time and the IP address, used for rate limiting.
  • Usage analytics (Google Analytics): pages visited, buttons clicked, sign-ups and purchases, your approximate location (country and city, from your IP address), device and browser. See Cookies and analytics below.

How we use it

To sign you in, run your subscriptions, verify licenses, prevent fraud and trial abuse, and answer support requests. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe, for payments and invoices.
  • Supabase, which hosts our database and login.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.
  • Discord, as the login provider.
  • Google (Google Analytics), to measure how the site is used.

Cookies and analytics

We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you decline, Google Analytics receives anonymous signals without cookies or identifiers. We never use your data for ads or personalised advertising.

  • _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years): tell visits apart and group them into sessions. Only set after you accept.
  • wt_consent (12 months): remembers your cookie choice.
  • wt_auth_event (1 minute): set after you log in so we can count sign-ups and logins.
  • Login cookies from Supabase, needed to keep you signed in.

When you subscribe, our server reports the subscription to Google Analytics (plan and amount, linked to your analytics ID if you accepted cookies). You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time on our Discord server. Active subscriptions must be cancelled before an account can be deleted.
